They were great! I love the product but when I opened the first one the screen was cracked, I notified then, and immediately was shipped a new one. Fits snugly and with a non-glare screen protecter between the phone and the clear shield it is perfect! Great customer service. Have already recommended this to friends!
OtterBox Defender is a life saver for iPhones!
This case is fantastic! No more shattered touch screen in spite of my phone falling multiple times... prior to getting my OtterBox Defender I had to have the glass screen replaced on my new 3Gs, which wasn't cheap.... if you truly want to protect your iPhone you NEED the Defender!!
Pretty in Pink
Irecently purchased the Pink Oterbox defender series case for my 3GS-iphone. I had done much research before buying, but was skeptical about purchasing it from Amazon. I didn't think it would be the same as from the official Otterbox website or AT&T. How wrong I was! It was not only top quality (new), it was at a more reasonable price (almost half).
I am clumsy so I needed something that was going to be protective, not too bulky, and not too ugly. It is by no means a petite case, but I have seen bulkier. The belt clip is great too. My phone is very secure in it as long as its seated in the clip properly. I work in healthcare so I am moving around a lot and work is the only time I use the belt clip.
Hands down, couldn't of purchased anything better for the $$$
