This purchase was a new battery at a very discounted price for an older model cell phone. The battery charged quickly, hold a charge for long periods of time. The seller shipped quickly.

Old Battery went kaput!
Stock battery had lost it's ability to hold charge. One phone call lasting 3 minutes would result in needing to be charged. New one does what it should - holds a charge, thus enabling you to make calls again.

Battery lasted about 8 monthes before I needed to replace it which was about how long the new battery that came with the phone lasted.
