Good Product BUT.....
The pack does not have all the tip adapters that the PPU2100B model includes. You would think that with twice the cost, it would have all the adapters the other one did. Apart from that, the product works fine. I am trying to call Lenmar's customer service to see if I can get the tip adapter I need, so far an email has bounced back, I'm trying the phone number next.

Update: September 2009
I called Lenmar's customer service hotline and got a real live person on the phone. Not only that, but I also received the tip adapter I needed in the mailbox within the week, free of charge.
