| The product is great. Had a shipping issue that I discovered was the fault of the shipping company. I emailed the vendor and was very pleased how fast they made sure I was happy. Good company. really cares about their customers. |

Low-tangle, good sound, commuter's dream

| I bought this headset from a Verizon store when the original headset that came with my Storm got mistaken for a cat toy. The user experience was immediately far better than other low-cost stereo headsets I've used - primarily because the cord's construction really does reduce tangles dramatically. Six months later, I'm shopping for a replacement set after the left earphone of the current set stopped working. Not sure I can fault the construction; they get hard use from my daily commute. That nice leather pouch with the two mesh pockets? Yeah, that got used about half way through the first week. After that, they got coiled neatly and clipped to the back of the Storm's belt case on good days; on bad days, they got unceremoniously stuffed into whatever pocket of my briefcase or clothing was handy. (Note - even a low-tangle cord comes out Gordian after a good pocket stuffing.) |

| I bought 3 of these headsets for my cousins and myself, all 3 are now broken 1 month after i bought them. One didn't even work when i took it out of the packaging. I emailed the company and they were only willing assist if i shipped it back at my cost. Its nice to know that products were not checked before shipping and they were are not even responsible to make the situation right. The microphone was poor the sound quality was average at best it would stay clear of this product. |
