Fits the slightly shorter Nokia Nuron 5230 PERFECTLY!
After reading the reviews and checking the specs on both the Nuron and the droid, I could see that the Nuron is about a half inch shorter and slightly thicker. I figured that even with a skin on it that I would be able to get a finger in to pull it out of the case. And it WORKS.
I could see why it might be tough to get a Motorola droid (FANTASTIC Product! I am just allergic to a month data plans FOREVER:) out particularly with a skin on it, but it fits the Nokia Nuron 5230 PERFECTLY. Surprisingly high quality leather, and well engineered magnetic clasp that has been NO problem on the Nuron's touch screen or battery. There is a little fabric flex in between the leather sides and should give enough to get your phone IN, the question is can you sneak a finger in there to get it OUT? I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to stretch this MORE - (if you really want to stretch it, get it damp/wet and put something a little bigger than the droid in there till it dries-pack it in rice). But you are still not going to be able to sneak a finger in there to pull the droid out easily if it has a skin.
Nokia Nuron 5230 owners, on top you WILL still have access to the mini-usb, charging port and the on/off button, but you would have to do a little easy customizing (punch a hole) for access to the 3.5mm headset port. Cut out side ports let you have access to either the unlock lever, OR the sim/memory card depending on how you put it in. And the real BONUS is that there is enough room to place the factory supplied headset in on top of the Nuron's side, leaving the answer button and earbuds outside for easy storage and/or quick pick up if you have drilled your custom 4mm hole for the 3.5mm headset plug.
I ordered several cases with these exact specs and the bargaincell product was far and away the highest quality.
Second best 1c (price has gone UP:) I have ever spent after the 1c this smart enough Nokia Phone costs here on Amazon with a new 2-year contract.)
